Call your friends and family using WhatsApp for free, even if they’re in another country on Android and now on iOS.
iPhone users can now make free voice call using WhatsApp, the new WhatsApp for iOS update (version 2.12.1) which you can get on Apple App store implements the calling feature. This allows iOS users to make free calls via internet connection similar to what we have on Skype, Facebook Messenger, Viber etc
According to WhatApp, this new feature will start rolling out to users as from this week.

Recently,WhatsApp co-founder and CEO Jan Koum announced on Facebook that the messaging app now has 800 million users. “WhatsApp – now serving 800,000,000 monthly active users. Reminder for the press out there: active and registered users are not the same thing”
WhatsApp has come a long way from being a simple messaging app, we hope to see WhatsApp free call feature on Windows and Blackberry devices soon.
The feature is also available on BlackBerry 10 and works very fine with the just release version 2.12.12.
Kudos.
