Hello, I will advice you backup your files and perform a hard reset on your phone. Kindly follow these steps to perform a hard reset on a tecno Device
Press and hold the Power key and the Volume Up key in the meantime and it hold up until you see a Menu show up on the screen before you remove your hand from the two buttons.
On the Menu, you will see a choice that shows DATA Wipe/factory RESET.
Use the volume keys to scroll down and up, select the DATA Wipe/factory RESET with the Power key.

to switch between the 2 cameras, open your camera application, on the top right hand corner (or anywhere on the screen) you should see a camera icon with some arrows arround it. tap it, this should switch the camera
It’s like techno phones are not so high trusted due to their short life span. Bcoz I got a sumsung phone and also my friend bought techno h7 but techno phone did even last for a month. It just fell down. So how can u convince me of the quality?
In terms of build quality, you cant compare Tecno and Samsung (at least for now), but i also believe there is no absolute guarantee that any phone that falls will be in good shape afterwards.

The rear-facing camera of TECNO M5 & M7 are both 8MP, 3264×2448; that of R7 is 13MP, 4128×3096. They are all in the increase order but H7 is rather on the decrease or the backward revease of both M5 & M7, it is 8MP, 3264×2448, why? Does it mean that in terms of the rear-facing Camera, M5 & M7 is the best?
