The Phantom Pad Mini, Tecno P9 Is a modified version of Tecno Phantom Pad. The 1.3GHz Quad-core powered gadget comes with a 7″ Display and a resolution of 800 x 1200 pixels, a 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM and runs on the popular Android OS 4.2 and powered non-removable Battery with a capacity of 4000mAh.
