Sometimes ago on another blog, Infolodge to be precise, I wrote a tutorial on how to install BBM on your pc using Android SDK pack in which I stated that there are other methods of achieving thesame aim (using Genymotion) but trust me those methods look a lil bit complex for the non-geeky type as one of it involves running some cmd prompts. Today am going to walk u through the easiest way to install BBM on your PC (Windows/Mac) using Bluestacks.
Bluestacks is Windows/Mac app that allows you to run Android apps on your PC. It is very very easy to use, no config of any kind is needed. With this app also you can install Whatsapp and loads of other Android apps on your PC.
Requirements:
–Bluestacks: Download from their official site HERE
–BBM.apk: You can choose to download here (https://www.dropbox.com/s/3qs02ugmpin3jf1/BBM.apk) or download from playstore after you have installed bluestacks.
Instructions:
Step 1: Download and install Bluestack from the link above.
Step 2: If you downloaded BBM.apk from the link above just double-click on it to install, Otherwise click on the search icon in Bluestack, search for BBM and install via playstore.
Step 3: After you’ve successfully installed BBM, you can now open it from Bluestacks app launcher.
Sign in or Sign up for Blackberry ID and enjoy BBM on your PC :D. Checkout my screenshots below
